Lomas de Sancti Petri is located in the town of Chiclana de la Frontera, near the provincial capital, Cadiz.

The city of Cadiz is the oldest continuously-inhabited city in the Iberian Peninsula and possibly all southwestern Europe. Cadiz is the third centre of population of Andalusia and one of the most economically and industrially actives of the region of Spain. Besides, together with the towns of Chiclana de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María, Jerez de la Frontera, Puerto Real, Rota and San Fernando, the Bay of Cadiz is formed.
